By using the Mezzanine marketing site, docs, or managed service, you agree to these terms. If you self-host the open-source edition, the software license (below) governs instead.
The self-hosted Mezzanine software is provided under the MIT License. You may run, modify, and distribute it per that license. It is provided “as is”, without warranty.
The hosted service is provided on a subscription basis. You are responsible for your account, your content, and the workloads you deploy through it. Do not use it for unlawful activity or to harm others.
Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
No illegal content, no attacks on others’ infrastructure, no resale of the service without permission, no circumvention of security.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on standard plans. Enterprise plans may include an SLA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYACCESS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
