1. Who we are

Mezzanine is a product of MYACCESS PRIVATE LIMITED. This policy covers the marketing site (mezzanine.cloud), docs (docs.mezzanine.cloud), and the managed panel service. The self-hosted open-source edition runs entirely on your own servers — we never receive that data.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, email, and credentials when you sign up for the managed service.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we store only a customer reference and invoices, never full card numbers.
• Usage + diagnostics — basic logs and metrics needed to operate the managed service.
• Site analytics — privacy-respecting, aggregate visit data on the marketing site.

3. What we do NOT collect

For the self-hosted edition, we collect nothing — your server credentials, deploys, and infrastructure data live only in your own SQLite database on your own hardware.

4. How we use it

To provide and secure the managed service, process payments, send service notices, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

5. Sharing

Only with processors required to run the service (hosting, payments, email delivery), each under contract. We may disclose where legally required.

6. Your rights

Access, correction, export, and deletion of your data. Email privacy@mezzanine.cloud.

7. Retention

We keep account + billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymize them.
